Coverage

We dispatch nationwide. Send us your locations and we will confirm coverage site by site.

We dispatch nationwide.

Coverage is the reason most clients call us. They have a site somewhere they have nobody, and sending their own engineer costs more in travel than the job is worth.

Our technician network covers metropolitan areas and regional sites across the United States, and we have completed work in locations of every size — from downtown offices to single-store sites well outside a major metro.

Where a role does not need anyone on site, we cover it remotely instead — including offshore engineers working your hours, at a rate that makes a full-time seat affordable.

Send the list. We confirm site by site.

Rather than asking you to assume coverage, we check every location against the network and tell you straight away if any site needs extra lead time. You should never find that out on the day.

Lead times

Three speeds, priced accordingly.

Lead times vary by location and by the certification a job requires. Dense metro areas fill quickly; remote sites and specialist skills take longer.

Standard

Booked in advance

Scheduled work placed at the window you choose, with the technician confirmed ahead of the date.

Expedited

Next business day

Where the location and the required skill set support it, we turn work around the following day.

Emergency

Same day

Urgent dispatch, subject to technician availability in that area. We tell you quickly if it is not achievable.

We confirm what is realistic before you commit to a date, rather than accepting the job and missing it. A refused date costs you far less than a missed one.

Out of hours

The store still has to open in the morning.

Retail, hospitality and manufacturing sites often cannot take downtime during the day. Overnight, early-morning and weekend scheduling is routine for us, not an exception — and it is priced as part of the job rather than as a surcharge you find out about later.

  • Overnight and pre-open windows
  • Weekend and public holiday cover
  • Work sequenced around trading hours
  • Site left operational before the technician leaves

Remote and offshore

Not every role needs a van.

A good deal of technical work never leaves a desk. For those roles we supply remote engineers — domestic or offshore — engaged the same way as any other dedicated resource.

  • Your time zone Offshore engineers work your business hours, not theirs. Overlap is agreed before anyone starts, not negotiated afterwards.
  • Your systems They work in your ticketing system, your documentation and your change process. There is no separate portal to check.
  • Vetted the same way Identity, right to work, background and technical screening — the same checks a technician goes through before reaching a client site.
  • Blended with field work A remote engineer handling the queue, and a local technician dispatched when something physically needs touching. One contract, one contact.
Multi-site programmes

One contact. One reporting stream.

For rollouts across many locations we sequence the schedule around your priorities — by region, by store grade, or by whatever order matters to your business.

  1. Sequenced

Sites ordered to your priorities, not to whatever is convenient for us.

  2. Tracked

Daily progress against the plan, so slippage is visible while it can still be fixed.

  3. Single-threaded

One project contact for the whole programme, instead of an email thread per site.

Send us the addresses — or just the ZIP codes — and we will come back with what we can cover and how quickly.
