Capabilities

How we grade work, vet technicians, and prove the job was done.

A dispatch — or a placement — is only as good as the person who turns up.

This page describes how we decide who that is — how work is graded, how people are checked, and what comes back to you when the job is finished.

The same grading and the same vetting apply whether someone is on your site for two hours on a work order or sitting in your team for the next two years.

Technician levels

You pay for the level the job actually needs.

We grade work rather than charging one rate for everything. A cable trace and a multi-vendor commissioning job are not the same, and should not be priced as if they were.

Level 1

Smart hands

Guided work, carried out with your engineer on the phone.

  • Reboots, reseats and physical diagnostics
  • Cable tracing and port swaps
  • Escorted access for secure sites
  • Device collection and delivery
Level 2

Independent installs

Standard field work completed without hand-holding.

  • Structured cabling and terminations
  • Switch and access point installs
  • POS and AV installation
  • Hardware replacement and RMA return
Level 3

Configuration and commissioning

Complex, multi-vendor or design-led work.

  • Network configuration and commissioning
  • Wireless surveys and spectrum analysis
  • Multi-vendor troubleshooting
  • Site design and documentation
Vetting

Checked before they reach you, not after.

Everyone in the network is verified before they are assigned anything, and re-checked against the requirements of each individual job or role.

  • Identity and right-to-work verification
  • Background checks appropriate to the site type
  • Certification checks against the work being assigned
  • Insurance verification held on file
  • Performance tracked job to job, not assumed from a CV
  • Technical screening and a client interview before any placement

Nobody should discover the right tool is missing on the day.

Technicians arrive with their own standard toolkit. Specialist equipment — testers, survey kits, lifts, spectrum analysers — is confirmed at scoping, before anyone is booked.

Engagement models

Buy the work, or buy the person.

The same technicians are available four different ways. Which one is right depends on how long you need the capability and whose payroll you want it on.

  • Per work order Priced per job against the scope. Nothing standing, nothing committed — the right choice for occasional or unpredictable site work.
  • Resource on SLA A contracted response window — four hours, eight hours or next business day — with capacity reserved in the areas you name. You pay for the readiness, then per call-out.
  • Dedicated resource A named engineer working full time under your direction, on your site or remote. Monthly rate, our employment liability, ramped up or down with notice.
  • Placement We source and screen, you interview and hire. Contract-to-hire lets you run the person on our books first; permanent placement moves them straight onto yours.
What we deliver back

The same evidence pack, every job.

Whether it took twenty minutes or two days, the close-out looks the same. You should never have to ask us what happened on site. Dedicated and placed resources report through your process instead, since by then they are working to your ticket queue rather than ours.

  • Check-in and check-out Timestamped arrival and departure, so the hours on the invoice match the hours on site.
  • Photo documentation Before, during and after. Enough to see what was done without being there.
  • Scope-of-work sign-off Each line of the scope marked complete, or flagged with the reason it was not.
  • Test results Cable certification, link tests and survey data supplied where the work calls for it.
  • Written close-out A short written summary, same day — including anything you should know about the site.

We work inside your process.

If you have your own ticketing system, asset register, scope-of-work template or reporting format, we use it. Most clients would rather not adopt another portal for one supplier.

Put it to the test.

Send us one job. The close-out will tell you more than any capability statement.
